At WRIITI,  we are committed to providing our customers with standard product and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise with your purchase, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your choice. To facilitate a smooth and transparent process, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy.

1. Return & Exchange Policy:

– We understand that mistakes can happen, and sometimes you may receive the wrong product or a damaged item. In such instances, we offer an easy exchange process with the following guidelines:

– Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Team at sayhi@wriiti.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you promptly at no additional cost.

– Damaged Product: If your clothing item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at sayhi@wriiti.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in the exchange process, ensuring that you receive a replacement product in perfect condition within 7 to 10 days of the product received at our end. No extra charges will apply.

– Please note: do not receive the package if the package is torn or tampered.

2. Conditions for Exchange:

– To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:- Unused and in Resalable Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and labels intact.

– Proof of Damage or Wrong Product: You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or proof that you received the wrong product. We suggest you to make an opening video of the package during unpacking and checking the product without any cuts and pause. This will help us in hassle free processing in case of any problem.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

– Altered, custom stitched products or sarees with fall Pico done, are non-returnable.

4. Refund Policy:

– We do not offer refunds. However, in unavoidable circumstances, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. It takes 7 to 10 days to complete refund process. In such cases, the following conditions apply:

– Service Charge and Courier Charge Deduction: A service charge and courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our processing and handling costs. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of the refund request.
